We will complete the installation and training within 7–10 days.
what should we charge for engineer?
Charge coverage: engineers' visa fees, round-trip airfare, SIM card expenses, accommodation, meals. Additional: engineer’s daily salary – USD 150/person/day.
How Long is your machine's warranty period?
All machines: 1-year warranty, starting from the date of completed installation.
How could we do after one year warranty period?
We can also offer you technical support through video if needed.
How could we do if the parts broken within warranty period ?
Free replacement parts will be delivered by express during the warranty period.
How do we solve the machine problem after engineer leaving?
Generally, no issues will occur post-installation. For any problems, contact our after-sales specialists anytime — we will deliver video-based solutions according to your description.
Do you offer remote technical support?
Our AR remote guidance system enable engineers to diagose issues and provide operational guidance via real-time video connection achieving a resolution rate exceeding 70%
How do you pack the equipment?
We usually use shrink film for packaging.
