2.  Continuous paper feeding mode: Equipped with full-servo 360° circulating linkage structure with adjustable running speed. It adopts full photoelectric monitoring system, and supports automatic alarm and standby function when paper breaks.

3. Paper feeding positioning mode: Front stop gauge, side gauge, pull gauge and push gauge are all finely adjustable, and the tooth row realizes secondary accurate positioning. The circulating paper feeding accuracy is within ≤0.05mm.

4. Printing pressure adjustment: Adopt SDA self-locking four-cylinder structure, which can independently adjust the pressure of screen frame and ink scraper with adjustable angles, so as to flexibly control ink scraping thickness and printing definition.

5.Printing working mode: Driven by servo motors, the printing stroke can be adjusted according to pattern sizes. Operators can directly input stroke parameters via the touch screen.

6. Registration and positioning mode: The screen hanging unit is fitted with three fine-tuning hand wheels, enabling easy multi-directional manual fine adjustment for precise pattern registration. It also supports pneumatic one-click plate locking.

7.Screen mounting & dismounting mode: It supports one-click automatic operation. Screen installation, removal and cleaning are extremely convenient. The screen frame size is freely adjustable, compatible with most semi-automatic screen printing equipment.It can be seamlessly connected with various downstream equipment including UV curing machine, infrared dryer, shelf dryer, cold pressing machine and powder scattering machine to form a complete automatic screen printing production line.
