Feature:

Printing:High-precision and backlash-free servo driver (Japan). Shaft-less pneumatic cone. Horizontal and vertical register system, also equipped with pre-register and vertical pressing mechanism. Ink is supplied via an ink transfer roll, reducing waste loss and improving printing accuracy. Doctor blade with double-axis design, driven by an independent motor and allowing quick change. Three-section adjustable closed blade. Loading and ink supply trolley.

Oven:Intelligent separate high-efficiency oven system. Low-consumption oven with high air volume and pressure, multi-return and whirlwind air distribution. Touch screen control and monitoring system. Complete security system for real-time working condition monitoring and machine fault diagnosis.

Control:The Electronic shaft rotogravure printing machine is logically controlled by PLC with servo-driven tension control. All guide rolls are lubricated centrally to maintain high flexibility.
