Green Ohm-A Series Solvent-less Lamination Machine

The Green Two-Layers Disposable Composite Solventless Lamination Machine is a product developed by our company based on the increasingly mature solvent-less lamination technology. It includes two models: Green Ohm-1050A and Green Ohm-1350A.

In response to the inherent characteristics of solvent-less lamination process, especially key challenges such as low initial adhesion and difficult coating weight control, this series has adopted a number of targeted innovative technologies in mechanical structure, control system, safety protection and exterior design.

Suitable for high-speed lamination of various plastic films, it features high production efficiency, stable performance and zero solvent residue in finished products.

Equipped with independent servo motor drive and linear independent adjustment, the machine enables operators to precisely control coating weight with simple operation and high repeatability.

The material path is professionally optimized. Featuring a 5-roller transfer coating system, 3-roller lamination module, mirror-surface cooling system and servo taper winding system, it delivers uniform lamination and neatly wound finished products.
