This Automatic High-Speed Die Cutting Machine adopts a floating feeding system. The maximum die-cutting speed can reach 27,000 cuts per hour / 450 cuts per minute. Except for the intermittent material movement at the die-cutting station, the material travels at a constant speed in all other sections.
The machine is equipped with an automatic taper tension system for both unwinding and rewinding units, ensuring extremely stable tension throughout the entire material path. This design eliminates the need for manual adjustment, making material rewinding and waste collection much more convenient and efficient.
